7.0The property was clean.
− Finding the property at night was very difficult, I drove up and down the road for 30 minutes before a neighbour pointed in the right direction. The heat was turned to 40oC and we could not figure out how to change it. It was way too hot. The TV did not work properly. Could not change the volume or watch TV only Netflix and Prime. Other than that everything was perfect. No complaints.

8.0The apartment is nice. It had everything I needed. The sofa was very uncomfortable. There were no open TV channels. There were cameras all around the outside area, which made me feel very safe. It’s a bit hard to find, but nothing that gets in the way

− The apartment is poorly located down a dark, un-signposted alleyway behind a row of takeaways and bins, making it difficult to find. There was lots of other issues, the handle on the washing machine cupboard was broken, the shower head did not work and there was an issue with the sofa. These issues were brought to the attendion of the manager but not addressed
