− A divisão dos cômodos é estranha, porque a gente entra por um dos quartos. E pela posição do flat, bate o sol a tarde, e a gente não consegue ficar na varanda. Mas dentro do flat tem ar e ventilador que ameniza.
Mesmo com os pontos negativos voltaria.

− O quarto é muito pequeno. A cama não é confortável e a TV não sintonizou os canais da TV aberta.
