10.0We loved the central pool off the dining/family room. Staff were incredible and kind and very professional.
− Would have liked a more extensive room service menu. Fogging during stay was also very unpleasant but the staff did provide appropriate communication that it would occur.

10.0Красивый интерьер, комфортная вилла. Тихо и уютно. Очень отзывчивый и услужливый персонал. Великолепный матрас в спальне и новое чистейшее постельное бельё. Мягкое и удобное!
− Ну очень старая мебель на кухне в гостиной. То ли её заливало, то ли не знаю что, но весь низ кухни в подтёках и пятнах. Посуды нет почти совсем. Только чайник и пара чашек. Может, это потому что завтрак они накрывают сами и приносят вместе с приборами? Но если его не заказывать - то готовить особо не в чем.
We quite enjoy
8.0We stayed around one week. Villa was quite nice, large bedrooms, decent living room space. Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok, they have a choice of 5 i think, but they prepare in their own premises and then bring to us, so usually food just a little bit warm. If they had restaurant would be helpfull, but you can only order food to the room. We went most days out to the beach (by grab app). At the pool was only 3 sun beds and we were 6. But Staff was very sweet and brought two chairs and a table for outdoor use on our request.
− Pool and outdoor space wasn’t clean when we arrived, but they did it straight away when asked. We had monkeys visiting us time to time, they were making noises on the roof one night, but staff was very nice and did the best they can to deal with it.
