1.0It's almost 2km from malpe beach.so location wise it's near to malpe. But from udupi Citi it's very far and difficult to find a shop for getting water bottle or Tea/coffee
− Don't expect a well maintained AC hotel room. It's the top floor of an 1BHK apartment, Which when we entered for the first time felt like an electric oven. One room has a very old AC with a queen bed. AC gets off when power fluctuates or power goes. It happened for us while we slept and came to know after we got fully sweaty inside the oven heat. We have to turn on the AC again and wait 1-2 hours to bring the room back to 26 degrees. Careful with any eatables you carry, lots of ants inside waiting to grab it. Lastly I felt this property Is not worth the amount I paid. I suggest add one more roof for the apartment before rent it so that temparature will reduce inside this oven.

5.0The main bed was comfortable and very big (we fit 2 adults and 2 kids on it) Edit: I have been contacted by the owner appologising for the issues I expressed below. He said that the issues were fixed. I have not been back there to check, but I said I will added that information to my review.
− The living area room was way too hot. No air flow possible and no aircon, so we couldn't use the beds in it. We (4 of us) ended up sleeping in the bedroom , luckily the bed was really big. No mosquito screens on the window, so we got eaten alive. In the description, it says the kitchenette would have a fridge and a cooking appliances. There wasn't any. Location is 25 minutes walk to the beach and not many restaurants close by.
