BEWARE the owners tried to con us

− BEWARE. Upon arrival we were asked to pay 3 euro tax which was fine but then also a further 30 euros for cleaning, I emailed Booking.com customer service who confirmed that this was not a valid charge so I didn’t pay it. Also we had an early start and there was no hot water.
