We really liked the house. It had everything we needed and the host/manager was very communicative.

The location was great, close to everything. Beds were really comfortable. We had a couple of unexpected issues and they were dealt with very promptly. Elondra at the restaurant where we picked up our keys was super warm and kind. We used the front patio quite a lot. It was great to have an outdoor space.

− The kitchen could be a bit better equipped. Everything was minimal but this was only an issue if you planned to have any meals etc. at home.

− The owner of the house, Jorge, is way beyond unprofessional, to say the least. After having communicated our arrival time the day before check-in and confirmed it the same day, we arrived at the house and nobody was there. Jorge did not answer his phone nor our messages via the Booking chat. After waiting a long while, I had to go around asking the neighbours if they knew something about him. Finally, somebody suggested that I checked at the restaurant next door. There I went, and a waitress offered to take the payment (in cash) and check us in. When I asked to have a look at the house before handing over the money, another lady took over and showed us around. Shortly after, Jorge showed up following us kind of from the distance, a beer on his hand, without introducing himself nor apologising for not giving us any information on how to find him in the first place. While we were being shown around, we realised that several of the main lights did not work. Jorge decided to take a part in the conversation at that point, just to say that the broken lights were not a problem because "this is a holiday home, we know that people are going to be mostly out of the house". We insisted for them to be replaced anyway, which was done a few days later. One of the showers clogged up after a couple of days. We asked Jorge to take care of it, which he said he would. Three days after, the shower was still clogged. We wrote to him again, and his answer was "my staff said they did it, they must have lied to me". Also, several of the equipments of the house are not as in the description. The terrace and pool in the pictures are actually on the top floor of the restaurant next door and shared with several apartments. The washing machine is very old and not functional. The barbecue is nowhere to be found. The kitchen equipment is extremely limited. The parking in the driveway almost never available because people can park in front of the gate, blocking the...

Great location, comfort, HVAC was great, host did everything as requested, parking in the front of the house, big terrace.

− A bit noisy. Bathrooms need renovation.
