.the beach is gorgeous. The clean personnel work very hard. The Spa massage was great we all got treatments and she was fantastic! The villa was very comfortable and the views were gorgeous.

− The resort looks like at one point was a luxury small hotel but it has been neglected. Although the villas are gorgeous and very CLEAN..you can tell they have been run down and not maintained. There were many items that need to be updated..there were wall cracks in the bathroom that looked like they tried to repair, but you could still see. The sinks were awful. The kitchen counters inside. Were scratched .You could tell that they've been scratched and not properly maintained or taken care of . I would not expect to see any of this in a villa of this price range. ALSO to move down from the villa you always have to request someone to pick you up. Its can get quite slippery going down. We tried walking and I almost fell. The front desk staff is not on their A game. I had to call her several time to assist with pick up and a taxi. I have called to scheduled it an hour before and had to remind it twice. We were late to our reservations. Dont get me started on the restaurant staff! What a joke. One of them told us if we want a water we had to get up and go to the buffet to get it ourselves. The nerve. The next day we went for breakfast.And it took over forty five minutes.We got our food before we got our coffee. Total disaster. We complained to the general manager But he was not very helpful or apologetic and doesn't really acknowledge anything.And his presence is not much.Seen throughout the hotel..its a shame. Dont eat at this place ...its not worth it! Our coffee always came after we were done having breakfast. The resort is extremely boring. No activities at all. So unless you just want beach time...its not very fun and the price is high.

The location was fabulous. Set on hills on a beautiful sheltered bay with the most incredible views from the room. The furnishings were all very tasteful and the whole place felt calm and relaxed.

− At times the service was incredibly slow and it seemed as if the staff just weren't that interested. Once they engaged they were lovely but it just took so long to get anything!
