Cosy Cottage, close to everything Montville has to offer
10.0We needed a relaxing break and the cottage delivered. The cottage has everything you need for your home away from home. Great location only a couple of minutes away from the heart of Montville and Flaxton. We stayed with our dogs and the yard and deck where very secure. Bedrooms were huge and the beds very comfortable.
− The only thing I noticed is when I went to grab something under the bed in the 2nd room it was quite dusty, but a minor thing.
Amazing location and view but desperately needs a new comfortable lounge
7.0Exceptional view and comfy beds
− The lounge was so uncomfortable and completely worn out with no support. I got a sore back from sitting in it. You need a new comfy lounge that will accommodate at least 5 or 6 guests. There are currently only 4 seats available when the house sleeps 7. I think you need to focus on the guests comfort with the lounge not the aesthetics. The path into the house was terrible. It was a muddy water hole at the gate making it extremely difficult to bring luggage in. You need a to fill in the hole and put in a proper pathway not uneven slippery small stepping stones. It was a safety hazard.
A great place for family or friends to enjoy with pets so well accomodated for. Young and old kids have so many things

10.0Beam Creek Cottage was one of the most magical and majestic accommodations I've stayed in. The moment we drove along the driveway and entered the property, we were transported to a place of complete serenity. The view literally took my breathe away. Once we opened the front door, I think I actually squealed with delight. Every room, every decoration, every part of the house is so thoroughly and beautifully presented. The hosts thought of everything. It was so cozy, relaxed and inspired. We were swept up in the vibe and it was a welcome respite. Could not recommend this property enough.
