1.0− Booked 6 months before. Tried to cancel booking and was unable to contact the property, and neither was bookings.com. sent numerous messages around the concern of property and booking. I went to the property only to find from the cab firm below that it had been closed for 3 months. No booking for the night and a long call with the booking.com help desk at 9 0clock at night. Not the best way to start a break. It seemed totally unnecessary. 0 review if possible mainly for bookings.com
Absolute joke
1.0Absolute nightmare from start to finish arrived at property ready to stay the night only to realise that the property has somebody live in there so due to that we couldn’t stay the night just be careful when booking because this still seems to be advertised as a place to stay
