We really wanted to love this place, but the issues affected our stay.
4.0The location was incredible, and having the beach chairs and umbrella included was a nice touch. Unfortunately, there were several maintenance issues.
− Multiple outlets didn't work, the AC and ceiling fan in the kids' room weren't working properly, it was extremely hot. We noticed what looked like black mold in both the master bath and bedroom from the condo above. The washing machine also had black mold very visible on the outer rubber lip. The master bedroom mattress sagged toward the middle and wasn't comfortable at all, and the toaster was broken with exposed metal, which felt unsafe.
Beautiful but complicated and interrupted sleep.
6.0I liked how spacious the condo was, how big the balcony was, and the location in proximity to the beach. Host was responsive.
− I did not like how in my check-in instructions I wasn't made aware of the very complicated, time consuming process just to use a luggage rack. Nothing was mentioned about having to let the attendant hold a drivers license or that i would even have to "check-in" to be able to. This place has them on serious lock down. I also didn't like how the A/C was set remotely and would change from what i set it on (69) every night at 11:30pm back to 76. Then it would change again at 6:30am. So, every morning i woke up at 4 am sweating and the one night that we were still up at 1130 and changed it back to 69 I was woken up at 7am again, sweating. Not very pleasant when on vacation to not get good recharging rest. Which is the whole point of vacation.

8.0− Half the outlets didn’t work, the fan in the back room didn’t work, every so many hrs the AC automatically went back to 78 and we had to keep getting up to turn it down again. Back bedroom had no ac vents or fan was extremely hot, all the dishes were very dirty, elevator was horrible took a while to get downstairs. Overall though was nice and beautiful view and we had a very good time.
