6.0Ubicación muy bien. El sitio tranquilo y accesible
− La limpieza deja mucho que desear. La terraza estaba sin limpiar desde haces muchos días. Lo primero que tuvimos que hacer para poderla utilizar fue fregar el suelo y limpiar mesa y sillas. De los dos fuegos de la placa de inducción uno estaba sucio. La zona de lo que es cocina, poco cómoda y muy justo con el mobiliario y los electrodomésticos. La parte del fregadero es muy incomodo para su uso.

9.0La ubicación, la vía Ferrata, las vistas, la tranquilidad, comodidad del colchón, disponer de parking propio...
− Algunos elementos del apartamento necesitarían arreglarse( cisterna, algún enchufe, tope de puerta de entrada). No se pueden abrir las puertas de la terraza de noche pues entran muchos insectos buscando luz ( unas mosquiteras vendrían muy bien). Quizá falte más mobiliario para guardar ropa, ya que el burrito se queda corto.
