10.0מלון מקסים. צוות מצוין. ארוחת בוקר נהדרת. בריכה נעימה ויפה.
− חסר שילוט במלון. (בריכה וכד) ולא הבנו איך מגיעים מהאגף שלנו בלי צורך לעלות במדרגות לקבלה. והבריכה בקיץ פתוחה רק עד 18:00 בערב..
נהנו מהמלון המיוחד והמיקום והצוות היה באמת מעל ומעבר
9.0אהבנו את השירות הטוב והצוות ענה על כל השאלות תמיד ניסה לעזור ולסייע. המלון עם נוף וממוקם במבנה היסטורי המתוחזק באופן מעורר התפעלות. הרבה פינות ישיבה ומידע על האתר ההיסטורי. הבריכה נהדרת.
− את ארוחת הבוקר פחות היה לנו טעים. אבל עדיין היה הרבה מבחר והצוות היה שירותי. ניתן לשפר את הנקיון בחדר.

10.0המלון מדהים, יפה, נקי ומאוד מיוחד. מדובר במלון שחלקו בן יותר מ 800 שנה והיה בעברו חאן. צוות המלון היה מדהים בדגש על פאדי מנהל הקבלה. הם נעימים, מסבירי פנים, עושים הכל כדי לתת שירות ברמה הכי גבוהה. המלון סיפק לאורחי המלון (ללא עלויות) המון פעילויות. זה התחיל בשישי אחה"צ בסדנת טעימות יין עם ענת הסומלייה של המלון, שהעבירה לאורחים סדנה מרתקת וטעימה, בהמשך דוד עמיאל המדריך המדהים לקח אותנו בשישי בלילה לסיור לילי בסמטאות צפת שהיה סיור מרתק ובשבת בצהריים עשה לנו סיור מרתק לא פחות בבית המלון עם הסיפורים המיוחדים הקשורים לעברו כחאן עתיק.
− אין נשהו שחא אהבנו. כשהיתה לנו בעיה בחדר (ה WIFI בחדר לא פעל) ושלא הצליחו לסדר אותו מיד העבערו אותנו לחדר אחר.
