Perfect for a whanau getaway next to the beach
10.0Absolute 11/10. Location is incredible & my first time in ohiwa. The beach was so grounding and a hidden place of paradise . The house ohhh my goodness. I grew up at beaches and this gave me beautiful memories and reminders of how much I love the beach. The driftwood around the house, the beautiful native plants me and my kids loved them, the lovely in house beach theme in each room , the games room ohh my kids absolutely loved that room. This house is perfect for families , it is fully fenced which I LOOOOVVEEEE the wrap around deck is such a viibe. I love that this whare has come with basics in the kitchen and even bathroom. I travel a lot and having to make sure I have the basics gets exhausting because I tend to forget something. So arriving here with basics as little as rubbish bags or paper towels or plasters for the kids it definitely exceeded my expectations. It is homey and relaxing and invites such a beautiful feeling of rest and recovery from the fast paced world. My whanau and I will definitely be back. Thank you . I could write more but you'll have to come experience it for yourself 😉

10.0Great location and the bach was so comfortable with everything you need. Plenty of kitchen equipment and a surprising array of everyday supplies from bach owners and items left by previous guests. Handy things like spare bath and hand towels and tea towels. A family friendly space with full fencing, covered verandah and feels like staying in a relative's well loved bach.
− We did miss having a coffee plunger, as we forgot to bring our own.
Accomodation was satisfactory-needs updating.
