Amazing one-bedroom apt with view near NYC

The apartment itself is in good condition. Renovated and clean. There were no cockroaches. The area is great. Bus stop next to the apartment. Lots of shops in the area. The neighbors are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we got the wrong code for the apartment and we couldn't get to it. It was 1 a.m. and we had to sleep in a hotel. The next day, the lady from the service tried to convince us that they gave us a good code, and we were standing in front of the wrong door. After 30 minutes, I managed to enter after receiving another code. If it weren't for this situation, I wouldn't have anything to complain about.

The fridge was nice and it was clean

− The location of the door and the bathroom was awkward. The sofa was a full time and it was uncomfortable. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, not enough pillows. It did not have a microwave or a baking sheets I didn’t like the fact that it had used shampoo and used soap in the bathroom for future references. Maybe you should buy the refillable containers to give it a more classic look. The area was very noisy. They threw parties at night. It was loud outside and it seemed to never end the quietest night I had was Saturday night and that’s maybe because I went to bed early.

− Location - pathetic commute to nyc is a nightmare. It's actually a suburb No lifts in the place. Move your stuff up and down. Wasn't really safe wrt the place. Some people were fighting in a loud voice. Avoid.

A localização era conveniente para nós. Com acesso ao ônibus que leva para Nova Iorque muito perto.

− A rua é bastante barulhenta e isso incomoda principalmente à noite. A cama é pequena para um.casal grande e tem que se atravessar a sala para ir ao banheiro. Os abajours ao lado da cama não funcionam.

Good connection to New York City.

− This place was nothing like the pictures. The room had many defects, and overall, it was a huge disappointment. There were construction holes in the walls, the curtains were either falling down or lying on the floor, and the kitchen setup was a joke, with barely any usable equipment. It was also extremely loud at night, with someone upstairs blasting music, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We contacted the owner and explained all these issues. At first, he acknowledged them and promised to find a solution or offer a refund. However, he kept making empty promises, saying he would get back to us, but he never did. We followed up multiple times, but he completely stopped responding, and we never received any solution or refund. It was unprofessional and honestly unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here.
