Enjoyable stay, would recommend and visit again when children are older!
8.0The location worked well for us, an hour walk to Brixham and 20ish minutes to Broadsands. It was clean and well equipped for our needs, the two terraces were lovely (though beware of night time slugs!)
− The stairs upon entry - we were travelling with a young toddler and didn’t anticipate there being a staircase to go up to the main living areas on the first floor. As there are no doors or stair-gates downstairs, we had to be incredibly vigilant at all times.

1.0− Property wasn’t properly cleaned and dealing with the management company ruined our weekend. We had no bedding for half of the beds. Would not deal with this company again.
