8.0Lovely location. Very comfortable.
− Few sml niggles, front door was very difficult to lock, patio door was wonky and again difficult to lock. Tv didn’t work but was sorted the next day.

4.0Clean spacious and not an issue with the caravan or owner what so ever .
− The staff , we left a night early due to being constantly watched by staff on site , dog got out the door and staff began recording him which we found rather strange as we had a discussion on the phone and he was only outside the caravan and was quickly brought back in . Was accused of having police at our caravan and arguments which was completely false and baffled us. Explained this to property maintenance after being asked to leave twice for something we had no clue about what so ever . Eventually allowed to stay as was proven police did not attend our van nor had any reason to do so . We left a night early due to this and with staff then recording my dog we felt targeted and uncomfortable . We had no issues with the van at all nor the owner but the site management really needs to improve . All in all ruined holiday and wouldn’t return . As i said no issues with caravan nor the owner

10.0Beautiful, cosy, lovely, comfortable, warm and overall a great experience.
− Would of been great if there were throws/additional blankets. Also another frying pan, complimentary tea and coffee would of been good.

10.0The caravan is in a great location and easy to get to places very pretty place to stay the caravan was so nice very homely ans had everything you could want very impressed
