Caravan was great, holiday park could be abit more inclusive
8.0Clean comfortable and spacious enough for us all, everything provided except towels which was great, including tea and coffee which some don’t supply
− Not based on the caravan itself but the holiday park, that we had to pay £66 if we even wanted to go to the restaurants on site, and then to pay for the meal also which is what we gathered from the information given by park staff, it was abit annoying there wasn’t even one restaurant or takeout window we could get food at on site without paying for leisure passes. We did not have a car with us
Great lodge on a lovely park
10.0The park we already knew, but everything about the lodge was excellent quality. Such a lovely and helpful owner. Beautiful linen and furnishings made it feel especially holiday like. The reception staff went above and beyond to help and they all made us feel so very welcome

10.0Fantastic caravan, clean and more than well equipped, beds were the most comfy for a caravan we’ve slept in, great communication with host
− Only slight negative, very few sockets for a family, only 1 in each bedroom, recommend taking a few extension leads if you have a family with phones/tablets that need charging. Also if you don’t have any accounts for Netflix, etc, you will struggle with the telly as it has no aerial connection for terrestrial tv, you have to watch through digital services such as iPlayer etc.

− Parking was awful for us as I’m disabled there were plenty of disabled spaces but not a hope in hell of getting one had to park down in main carpark which is a long way from room which wasn’t good for me, rubbish car charging facilities

− You had to pay £75 to use the sauna. It doesn't say that in the ad, so thought that was a bit misleading.
