− Cheguei para me hospedar e fui informado de que a data do check in era outra. Tenho confirmações do locatário de que eu estava na data correta, porém, o mesmo me informou que não podia fazer nada, que eu deveria procurar o booking. Tive que locar outros dois hotéis para passar o carnaval! Sou cliente assíduo do booking. Quero meu dinheiro de volta!
