Needs some improvement for a comfortable stay

The location, in the village of Zaccanapoli, is amazing, and only a spectacular 15 minute drive down the hill to Parghelia and the beaches.

− Toto’s house is a relatively new listing and has great potential but needs some finishing touches to make it a more comfortable stay for guests. The photos of the property are accurate. However, we were disappointed to find the bathroom was not clean. As there were no cleaning materials, we could not even clean it ourselves. In the kitchen, there were limited utensils to cook with, and no detergent for washing the dishes. We were told we needed to buy that ourselves. The biggest issue for us, however, was the lack of cooling in the upstairs bedroom. While downstairs stayed reasonably cool, the temperature reached 30deg in the bedroom and there is no AC. The room was very hot when we arrived, even with the small doors to the balcony open. We asked for a fan and Antonio brought us a small fan from his house. It helped a little but most guests would struggle with the summer temperatures without some way of cooling the room. Antonio’s attitude when we arrived was not helpful, but improved while we were there and he did maintain contact with us during our stay. The cleaning and cooling issues need to be addressed to make it an appealing option for other guests.
