Prinzipiell eine schöne Unterkunft mit schöner Dachterasse und luxuriös wirkender Einrichtung

− Es war recht dreckig, das Sofa hat diverse Flecken, die Dusche (eine mit diversen Sonderfunktionen) hat nicht wirklich funktioniert, wodurch Duschen eher eine Qual war als eine Erholung und es ist extrem laut in der Umgebung (auch Nachts)

Super Lage, unkomplizierter Gastgeber.

Die Lage war sehr gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Dachterasse war schön.

− Bei der Anreise wurde gesagt, dass der Schlüssel im Keyfach mit entsprechendem Code läge. Das Schluesselfach war allerdings beschädigt und der Schlüssel steckte in der Appartementtür. Dies war sehr erschreckend, denn jeder hätte so in die Wohnung gehen können. Des Weiteren wurde ein Frühstück im Kühlschrank in der Beschreibung und auch in der Begrüßungsnachricht angekündigt, das nicht vorhanden war. Eine Tasche mit schmutziger Wäsche stand vor der Apartmenttür, ein Hemd eines vorherigen Gastes hing noch im Schrank. Das Unmöglichste war, das auf unsere Nachrichten nach dem Check-in nicht mehr reagiert wurde, so wurde auch keine Antwort auf das nachgefragte Frühstück gegeben. Alles in allem sind wir sehr enttäuscht.

La posizione centrale.

− Il posto auto non è attiguo all’appartamento, si trova a 450m ed è un parcheggio aperto e incustodito. Le due camere non sono altro che una camera grande divisa da un armadio, non c’è privacy. La doccia non funzionava bene. Il climatizzatore non era sufficiente per mantenere una temperatura gradevole all’interno dell’appartamento, faceva troppo caldo. Alcuni mobili erano danneggiati.

Dangerously hot conditions - unprofessional and dishonest host

− As many reviewers have pointed out, the AC units in this apartment are simply not powerful enough to cool the space. Unfortunately, our stay coincided with a heatwave, and it was not safe to remain in the apartment. There were no fans available, and the host offered to bring a mobile AC unit, but it made the entire space smell strongly of mold, creating another unsafe situation. As a result, we left just a couple of hours after checking in and scrambled to book another accommodation. At the time, the host agreed to issue a refund, given the dangerous and unlivable circumstances, but later stopped responding altogether. I understand that most guests won’t face extreme heat like we did, but regardless, it’s clear that the AC units in the apartment need to be upgraded. In their current state, they simply don’t do the job -- even for a typical hot summer day in Greece. After my experience, I would also would not feel safe dealing with such an unprofessional and dishonest host.
