Great location, lovely quiet neighbourhood. Host very thoughtful as the week we stayed a heatwave was dude and the host had put brand new fans in each room prior to our arrival, this was a god send!! Thank you :)

Lovely family home in a quiet setting area close to a pub and petrol station, nice outdoor setting.

The property was very nicely presented and had a lovely garden area, the room sizes were nice and big room sizes with the master bedroom having an en-suite. The living room had toys in the corner for children which was a nice touch. Bed's were comfortable and each room had a fan due to the hot weather. Living room was a nice size and was enough room for 6 adults and a 8 month old, the sofa's were not as comfortable to sit on as they looked but they weren't bad.. overall really nice property and lovely quiet location, we had stayed there as a stop gap from a trip back from Yorkshire to London. I would recommend the property for a family or group of friends wanting a quiet homely feel property.

− The living room sofa was not as comfortable as they looked but we had sat outside most of the evening and the sofa did the job, could probably do with a few more chairs outside in the garden but that is just personal preference.

− A few parts of the house could do with a lick of paint. The bannister and some of the skirting in particular. The garden is plastic grass and the fence needed repairing.

The layout of the house was suitable with a social kitchen, two bathrooms, downstairs loo, decent sized lounge and garden.

− Unfortunately I had to raise a complaint about this misrepresentation of this property. Poorly equipped, unclean and unhygienic, broken garden furniture, damp smelling bedding and towels and overall in a poor state of repair. It really was our worst experience with Booking.com and I sincerely hope the property owner takes on board all the feedback and photographic evidence to provide a better experience. Looking back at reviews, I can see there have been issues previously and the latest wave of positive reviews make me doubt their authenticity. These issues are being dealt through the company dispute process.
