Feeling of history. Good position for reaching many bird-watching sites on the North Norfolk coast...and to visit Felbrigg NT Reliable hot water for showers. Very convenient for Tesco..ie, next door! Free parking Staff always very pleasant & helpful when contacted.

− Couldn't close downstairs bathroom door. Shelf above sink in that bathroom is sloping/ broken..of no use..needs replacing. Chest of drawers in downstairs bedroom is losing the veneer top, so needs fixing/covering or replacing. Need SMALLER sharp knife in kitchen...or, tell clients to bring one. We struggled to read heating controls, though we sorted it eventually! We would be happystay there again, if birding at that end of the coast

Very comfortable with decor that is very much in keeping with the property. Modern kitchen is well laid out.

− The bathroom on the ground floor is lovely but the toilet area is quite small and “tight”.

It was unique staying here and very cosy. In fact we had to turn the heating down ! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was nice sitting in the upstairs lounge in the evening looking at the gorgeous window. It was nicely decorated with a Japenese theme in the bedrooms.

− The front door didn’t feel very secure it is just a very old church door. Once we realised to lock it with the long key and put the chain on at night it felt better.

Had a great stay at The Tracery. Great to have parking.

Great place, quirky. Beds comfy, great having 2 bathrooms. Kitchen fully supplied with everything need to self cater.

− Settee. Very low and seat cushions very flat. Very uncomfortable. Either need re stuffing by a lot or new settee.

Loved the property. We wanted something different and it was exactly that. Lively rooms and well laid out

− Only niggle was the lack of outside space for our dog but what was there was brilliant and worked really well.
