9.0The decor was modern, rooms spacious, beds comfortable. They had obviously had some awful people stay over time as some items were damaged and not yet repaired, but they were aesthetic and didn't take anything away from our stay. We will book again as it is so convenient for town.
− We booked only hours before checking in and it was clearly a rush to prepare for our arrival, the towels were mismatched, only 4 and still damp, no hand towel or one in the kitchen and limited cutlery, previous people must have been lightfingered and in their haste to prepare for us had not checked if there were 5 sets for the 5 people checking in. But we will book again as these were extremely trivial things and I imagine checked if more notice of a booking is given.

3.0The size of the property was great, location good for what we were there for. Communication good.
− Property was not cleaned to a satisfactory standard. Sofas incredibly uncomfortable. Cheaply decorated and not what you’d expect for the price they charge. No hot water, just in the shower. Only 1 fork provided and 2 spoons despite stating it sleeps 5, although this was rectified quickly by the management.
