Beautiful resort with lots of amenities and views of the bay!

Beautiful location with views of the water & perfect sunset viewing. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with loungewear for use while on property. You could book the hot baths, karaoke, and more but only once daily per guest. Staff was very friendly and very mindful of their guests. We missed the bus one day and they were very concerned wanting to make sure nothing had happened to cause us to miss the shuttle.

− As an American I’m used to less firm beds. This has been consistent across Japan. This resort was no different. While my travel companions did not mind it bothered my hips as a side sleeper. We also did not select the full food package as we wanted to explore local restaurants. However, most restaurants don’t open until 10 or 11am and there are not a lot of taxis in the Toba area. So, we did a considerable amount of walking and opted to stay at the hotel one night & skip dinner because of the length & route to food options nearby. However, the hotel offers a basic curry, snacks, and a few alcoholic beverages in the evenings that kept us satiated.

− 車での訪問でしたが、ホテルの入り口がチョッとだけ分かりにくい事と歯ブラシがつかいにくかったです。

The staff were excellent very helpful and exceptionally friendly.

− Overall disappointed. The king size bed was comfortable but less than a foot of room on one side that made it very difficult to move around. Mosquitos everywhere, kept us awake and we were badly bitten. The room looked clean but under the bed was very dusty. (I lost something and had to retrieve from under the bed) Free drinks were poor quality considering the overnight cost but the worst was having to drink out of plastic glasses. Also there were no glasses in the room only paper cups for water. The previous night we stayed in a hotel that was a fraction of the cost and had fantastic glasses for room drinks and in the bathroom. There was no Yucata only pj’s made from sticky synthetic material which was very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t normally go into so much negative detail but I always check revues before booking and wish I had been better informed.
