3.0− Het was niet proper (overal lag nog haar op de grond en op bed, alsook afval van de voorgaanden op de grond), geen handdoeken en badmat (wel gekregen nadat we het zijn gaan vragen), na 2 minuten douchen was het water koud en werd niet meer warm (zelfs niet de dag nadien), badkamer rook fel naar sigaretten.

− Фото не соответствует реальности. В номере было очень грязно , номер был старый и много было сломано. Был запах канализации из ванной комнаты. Мы даже не могли туда зайти, что бы умыться. На мои просьбы переселить нас в другой номер - трижды было отказано. Интернет - не работал Кондиционер - не работал Кухня - поломанная печка , которая тоже практически не грела. Из всех перечисленных услуг в описании - ничего не соответствует .
