− Property was dirty , the inside bin hadn’t been emptied even and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned at all . I had read a recent review or 2 commenting on cleanliness but verified with owner that the property was cleaned between stays . Very , very disappointing .

8.0Location for pubs, shops was good. Beds comfy. Facilities fantastic.
− It was very hot so would of been nice to sit in garden but this wasn't ready for summer as we hadn't booked to use the hot tub however garden should be accessible for all who visit.
Perfect for getting the ferry in Dover
7.0It was a perfect Central location to be able to walk into Dover in the evening and a 2 minute drive to the ferry port for our early start. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, there was a fan due to it being the hot bank holiday weekend. Tv had disney+ for the kids
− Its not advertised on Booking.com you need to request the hot tub atleast 24 hours prior to arrival. They advertise on air bnb which has more information and it would be a nice touch when a booking takes place and payment is made a welcome message is sent which I've had from other hosts to make sure nothing is missed.

7.0The apartment itself was very nice within walking distance of pubs
− Lack of communication between the business and myself. We didn’t receive the code to get in and had to start proceedings with Booking.com. Finally, we got one and even then the owner didn’t apologize . He just made excuses about me not being contactable.
