Bellissima vista sul mare dalla terrazza, silenzioso, si sente solo il mare, appartamento semplice ma funzionale. La proprietaria e gli incaricati della gestione sono gentilissimi, ho avuto un piccolo incidente e si sono fatti in quattro per me. Consigliatissimo.

− Gia dall' accoglienza ci hanno creato problemi per il parcheggio di 2 auto quando i parcheggi comuni erano tutti liberi. Le scale per accedere all' appartamento sono ripide e pericolose e la notte al buio, come quelle per l' accesso alla spiaggia. dovrebbero scrivere no anziani o disabili. I proprietari, anziani, che vivono sotto, si lamentavano se lasciavamo le luci di fuori accese. La casa è arredata anni '70 con mobili vecchi, impolverati e super usurati. Nella cameretta la finestra è finta! E' MURATA! è piu' una sorta di sgabuzzino dove non entra aria, e non essendoci aria condizionata si soffocava! I materassi sono a molle e avranno almeno 40 anni. Impossibile dormirci per le condizioni, la rete in ferro è completamente arrugginita! In casa non abbiamo trovato nex detersivo, né per piatti nè per mani, DOVETE PORTARVI O COMPRARVI TUTTO anche per un giorno. A mala pena ci hanno lasciato un rotolo di carta igienica da usare in 4! Ci siamo portati tutta la biancheria da casa! Per fortuna visto le condizioni igieniche! La zona non presenta nessun servizio, solo 1 Market stile bottega, un bar , 1 farmacia e 2 ristoranti! STOP

La terrazza con vista mare, il posto è davvero bellissimo; gli scalini per scendere al mare, anche se faticosi, però che bello lasciare la macchina ferma. I proprietari gentilissimi e davvero simpatici

We stayed with two children for five nights. Contrary to previous reviews, we thought the apartment was very nice. It has enough space inside and a good layout. The balcony is always sheltered from the wind and sun so we could sit there at any time to eat or read with a lovely view. The area is very calm (except if you are unlucky to have noisy people renting the apartment above) and the 153 stairs take you straight to the beach. There is a private parking space. There are mosquito nets. The beds are comfortable enough and the kitchen was equipped to cook and eat some simple meals. There is no aircon but it is cool and pleasant inside if you leave the windows open. The lady who checked us in came to find us on arrival as you need a beep to open a gate and she was pleasant. The supermarket and restaurant of the village are convenient. For the best pizza go to the one above the supermarket but take it away to eat on the balcony.

− Some extra small and inexpensive things could bring this rental to a 10. If you know them and come prepared like us (thanks to previous reviews), they won’t annoy you: - there is no sponge, washing liquid, tea towel to dry. Bring your own or buy at a big supermarket on the way (Like in Guspini) as the small supermarket in the village is a bit expensive. - the bed linen and towels cost 25 euros per couple (50 for a family). Bring your own. - the toilet seat does not hold up because of design. we recommend the host to remove the lid permanently. You could bring a screwdriver. - there is no bathroom mat outside the shower - we used one of the drying mats we found under the kitchen sink. - there is an extra tourist tax to pay (40 euros for us). - it would be helpful to add a kettle to instead of boiling water for tea in the pan. - the broom and mop are in a cupboard opposite the house. We still really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place.

Widok z balkonu.

− To że były dwa złączone materace(single bed). Nie da się wyspać. Zapomni żeby się przytulić. Moskitiera nie działa. Słaba dbałość o klienta.
