9.0Mr. Thomas, the host, was very good and responsive. The house is well maintained and clean. Water bottles, fruits and coffee was available.
− The heater didn't work one night. It could have been checked earlier. Luckily, the hosted fixed it first thing in the morning.

− I was solo and stayed in the small bedroom (which was comfortable and dark) but if my husband had been with me I would’ve wanted to stay in the bigger bed, but kitchen window doesn’t have an option for a shade? Might be a simple suggestion for future renters
Based upon the positive reviews we read when we booked the place, we were disappointed.
5.0The host provided fresh fruit.
− Guests should realize that the queen bed is in the main living area, not the bedroom, so you don't have the privacy of the bedroom if you want to sleep on the bigger bed. We were kept awake late at night by the host's son making noise in the apartment below. The one frying pan was so dirty and crusty that it was unusable. The chain lock on the entrance was broken. The hallway mirror had spots all over it.
