10.0It was in a lovely location, with shops, restaurants and entertainment on site. Close to the beach and a nice 15-20 minutes walk into the town.
− Be nice to have somewhere to sit outdoors, but being close to the beach wasn’t a problem.
Dirty beds and disappointing
4.0The caravan was fairly near to Skegness, about 25 min walk. Close to a chip shop and lovely Italian restaurant. The site was clean and tidy which was more than can be said for the cleanliness of the caravan!
− The caravan smelt of ‘sweaty bodies’ the amenities were old, the beds were dirty. There was blood and other substances on the quilt and the mattress covers with grass hair and other bits all over them. The quilt covers were cheap nylon and the towels were old.
We had a lovely time, Skegness was so much fun and we will definitely be back
9.0it was really cosy, my 14 years old son said he would love to own a home just like the property when he becomes an adult
− We loved the property, but would have loved more pillows on the beds. The pillows were too flat
Iwe had an enjoyable time. The kids were reluctant to go back home and made us promise to bring them back soon.

9.0The caravan was very clean and the hot water and pressure was good .. overall excellent quality
− Only the location if you don't have a car to go anywhere you would struggle... however the local bus dose stop outside the park .. but cannot commit of the regularly of them ..
