10.0Great !! The owner is very kind and acommodating :) If you come from Ninh Binh and arrive in the night (4am) he'll be there to welcome you and give you your room! He also gave us a room to shower in while we were waiting for our next bus in the evening We were able to rent a motorbike for the day, and he booked a sleeper bus to Hoi An for us as well Would absolutely recommend

− Frosted glass doors and internal windows to hallway with no curtain so light came through from the hallway, with no window to outside.
