Lovely facility, wonderful staff, but the wet patch on the bed left a lot to be desired.
6.0The facility was lovely, staff was wonderful.
− After a long day working into the early evening. I went to go to bed, but I was greeted by a lovely, smelly, "WET PATCH". It was disgusting. The insisted it was due to a deep clean. This was laughable, as it was clearly "WET" from the previous night's stay. My bed clothes were "wet" and "smelt". But, they eventually found me a replacement room and I was offered a free coffee for my troubles. Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful and staff were lovely.
Very enjoyable stay, I will definitely return
