Great for family holiday with kids.
9.0We loved the uniqueness of the Pavilion. It was very spacious, great for the kids to run around. The kids loved the animals (chickens, cat and dog) that came around. The place was very modern and clean. They provided everything we needed- milk, tea, coffee, insect repellent, washing machine, towels. Our daughter started calling The Pavilion - “my Cook Island Home”. Thank you for your accommodation. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation.
− We would suggest more brighter light installation for the lounge area at night. It was a bit dark when having dinner outside. Having a TV was great but would have preferred it where the inside sofa bed is.

9.0Loved the layout of the property suited our family amazingly.
− Unfortunately the neighbours had a big burn off on their empty section and everything was covered in ashes and the smoke smell was intense for the last week of our stay. Young adults say to absolutely bring ear plugs the rosters were loud all day.
Brilliant accommodation, but bring earplugs and a sleeping mask if you want a good night's sleep
8.0Loved the setback location as it was very private. The huge outdoor (under cover) entertainment area was fantastic, as were the modern and spotlessly clean facilities. Friendly staff checked in on us to make sure everything was okay, which was awesome. Highly recommended
− The roosters crowing in this area seemed particularly bad. Also a lack of blinds or curtains killed any chance of a sleep in.

10.0I loved everything it was clean, the hpost was awesome I had abit problems paying online on the day of check in but still let us check in. The outdoor living was an absolute treat my kids loved the open and free feeling of the home, the bedrooms awesome such an awesome experience here, I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to try something so unique, it's not like other inclosed homes or bnbs U stay in, my entire family loved it we were sad when we had to leave. 100/10 from me and my family. Also super brown was just a hop and a skip away which was handy, and nikao beach just a few minutes away honestly everything was just at our footstep.❤️❤️❤️
