The villa is charming and offers an exceptional ocean view. The garden, heated pool, sun loungers, and outdoor seating area are all a true delight. There is also a covered carport with an electrically operated gate, which serves as the entrance to the property. Everything was clean upon arrival. The rooms are tastefully furnished and immediately make you feel at home. The living room features two comfortable sofas, perfect for our needs. Four people can easily relax there in the evening with a good movie and a glass of wine. The kitchen is well equipped. Various spices, oil, balsamic vinegar, sugar, tea, and other essentials are thoughtfully provided. The porcelain tableware is of excellent quality and exactly as shown in the presentation photos. The dishwasher quickly became a very good friend as well. A small recommendation for Nespresso coffee lovers: it is best to bring capsules from home, as the supermarket selection is rather limited. There are two bathrooms upstairs, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower. Soap and several sun-care products are also available. In addition to the bath towels, beach towels were conveniently placed in the living room. There is also an extra toilet on the ground floor. On cooler evenings, it is useful to know that the heating works through the air conditioning system. The bedrooms can sometimes feel humid, but setting the air conditioning to heating mode might solve the issue. Check-in and check-out are both simple and elegant. The keys are kept in a small safe located outside, to the left of the entrance gate, and can be returned there upon departure. The host is discreet, kind, and always available to help. We also received excellent recommendations for restaurants, shops, and places to visit. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a thoughtful surprise: a bottle of wine and a traditional cake. A lovely gesture. Thank you very much!

Ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt mit einer unbezahlbarem Aussicht! Der Pool war beheizt, alles ist im Haus was zum Leben braucht! Jorge ist ein sehr freundlicher und fürsorglicher Gastgeber!

Tolle Villa zum Erholen

Jorge ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar. Die Villa ist komfortabel ausgestattet, es fehlte an nichts. Alles war sauber. Der beheizte Pool ist ein Highlight. Der Blick aufs Meer unbezahlbar. Mit einem Auto ist man schnell an den beliebtesten Orten.

Wonderful stay in a great villa

We were here for a month so plenty of time to explore the entire island and this is definitely our favourite part of the island. The villa has great views and easy to get to ( bearing in mind the ups & downs of Madeira roads). It has everything needed. Jorge is a great host, very friendly and helpful but not "in your face".

Vi gillade allt med boendet. Skön stor villa, med fullutrustat kök, två fina sovrum med dubbelsäng, utsikt mot havet och poolen. Egen uppvärmd pool i trädgården, grillmöjligheter, äta frukost ute, solstolar, rymligt hus med tillgång till wifi, smart-TV. Huset låg i ett lugnt område, högt uppe på berget. Hyrbil behövs för att kunna ta sig till olika områden och affären, restauranger. Värden Jorge var fantastisk. Gav oss en del tips och råd om Madeira, bjöd oss på goa bananer. Vi stortrivdes i villan och på Madeira. Vi rekommenderar varmt Villa Alex.
