Great place for family or a group of friends!
10.0The property was very cozy, clean and spacious. Only a short walk to the town centre, the beach and stores. Bus to Dublin or Laytown train station just outside the gate! Perfect location for us, since we didn't have a car. The kitchen had everything we needed, including coffee & tea, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Mark is the nicest, most helpful and service minded host we've ever met! We'd definitely come back.
− Floors upstairs were a bit squeaky, but we didn't really mind.

Lovely house, lovely town and we met such welcoming and helpful locals.
9.0The location was excellent with nearby transport links. The D1 bus stops outside the front gate and goes into Bettystown and on to Laytown train station which is very useful. The property was clean and comfortable. It suited our purpose which was a short break exploring the local area.
− It was difficult to contact the property manager due to phone issues. I was also a little disappointed that the property did not have any available toiletries in situ or a welcome pack containing a couple of teabags for use on arrival.

A refundable security deposit of EUR 200 must be paid upon check-in. This will be pre-authorized on your debit or credit card upon arrival and automatically released off your card after departure, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment by debit cards will charge the security deposit of EUR 200 to your bank account which is manually refunded by the property within 7 days of departure. This will be after the on-site manager has inspected the property and is satisfied that the terms and conditions of rental have been complied with. Please note that failure to leave the accommodations in a clean and tidy condition may result in the loss of all or part of your security deposit. Please note that the property reserves the right to charge in advance of arrival an increased mandatory security deposit of EUR 500 at certain times of the year. For example, during festivals, certain sporting events or public holidays. You will be contacted by the property with regards to this prior to arrival. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
