A perfect place on the island
10.0This apartment is a true gem - the views are breathtaking, the rooms are tastefully decorated and comfortable. It has everything one needs for a great stay. The location is calm and relaxing. My husband and I enjoyed staying there very much and we will definitely come back again!

10.0The apartment is lovely, beautiful terrace with views over the ocean, we saw some beautiful sunsets. It’s well equipped, has private underground parking and perfect for exploring the less touristy but more breathtaking part of the island.

Bad communication and incomplete service

− We asked for a partial refund considering the late checking availability - had to wait till 6pm to. Je kin with the kids in the car … the waiting at the door, the missing cooking materials requesting to try to eat up bread directly on the oven floor… I’m in cleaned… could not use the oven and the bad communication
Nice apartment, good transport links, but also easy to reach by car.
9.0The apartment is nicely decorated and well equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances. It is conveniently located with a supermarket next door and several restaurants within walking distance. A bus stop with very frequent connections to La Orotava and La Laguna is just outside the door and another stop with direct buses to Puerto Cruz, Santa Cruz and TFN North Airport is just 10 minutes down the hill. If you are bringing a rental car (although it is not necessary) you will have an easily accessible parking space in the building's garage. Hosticasa is a very professional and friendly service.
− Considering the location (you can always hear the TF5 on the terrace and there is no beach or swimming pool nearby), the price is a bit steep. Also, the deposit is not simply blocked on your credit card, it is deducted and should be refunded at the end of your trip.
