− The key collection is not the most convenient. Have to go to a separate location to collect the keys that requires driving.

− Ramp access to car park badly design. Very scary and dangerous to drive up and down the ramp. After go up and down once decide to park my car at the open space below the appt. Do not want to risk damage to my car due to the badly design ramp. Question what is the standard checkout time normally is at 12 noon. Why is mgt kept msging that checkout time is 11am The web page for the property is very missleading and missinformation about the property. Eg stated cost per night is rm95 but when at paying time a cost of rm195 was listed to be charge to the credit card. Location to take and return key was a few miles apart
