7.0Spacious room, good location to the sea front l, good value for money, shower was lovely
− Room 1 had a really funny smell. I noticed aswell that the tiles in bathroom had water under them, which could have been the cause of the smell.

− Only 2 comment’s and not a negative by any means in room 12 just a little hanging rail on the side wall as you walk in would have been great . Maybe check in and out 14.00- 11.00.

− The tv didnt work i did contact the owner but no response The tvwas also hanging away from the wall x The bed was comfy but the pillows where as flat as anything Also I think a matt should be provided for the bathroom due to floor being very slippery when wet, I know there are signs but still thats not gunna stop you slipping.

− Sadly the room was rather stuffy. We could not work the heat control for radiators. It was hot weather, but to have had the towel rail heated would be nice. I meant to report that the sink plug needed a washer.
Cheap but regrettable stay!
2.0It was a cheap room but evidently having now stayed there I understand why it was so cheap.
− Firstly the decor - holes and damage to the walls. Urgently needs repairs and a re-paint. Toilet seat was broken. The fixed shower head was clearly fitted with short people in mind. At 6ft 8 ins tall I had to stoop and duck to have a shower. The room had one window with a blind that overlooked some kind of lower floor access. The blind didnt cover the window fully and there was an external light in the courtyard that was left on all night which meant there was light coming in around the side of the blind. As someone who likes a dark room to sleep in this was particularly irritating. Then there was the noise from adjacent rooms of people talking, using the bathroom etc. late at night (after 23.30 and early at 06.00)
