Too small to enjoy, poor value accommodation.

Location was good, close to relatives.

The facility was a tiny house conversion and unsuitable for couples or extended stays. Ok for overnight. Our issue was not researching this facility more deeply. The size and rate charged for the hire were I compatible.

Location was great, just along from the supermarket.

The heater needed to be more powerful, was a bit cold.

Lovely wee snug but sorry won’t be staying again ☹️

Very clean and new

A lot smaller than I expected! Described as two living areas and one bedroom! Did the two living areas include the bedroom? Or the veranda? The area of the snug was not 40smtr more like 15. I felt claustrophobic and for 5 nights it was difficult to get used to. Also the tiny bedroom with no room around one side to get in was difficult. The heating was inadequate, only a small oil heater so not good in these winter temperatures. Sorry but I would happily pay an extra 30 dollars a night to stay in a motel!

Lovely little place to stay in a quiet neighborhood in Hoikitika. It was perfect for me as I needed to work for a couple of days. It's tiny of course but tidy and very comfortable. I definitely recommend if you're in the area :)
