10.0The location is excellent. Tucked away on a quiet street yet a short walk to the restaurants and cute stores. As you enter the lower floor, it feels like a garage and has a washer and dryer. There is a sofa there, but we only used the space as an entry point. Upstairs is bright with a great kitchen, neat bathroom and small living and eating area. We found it comfortable and convenient. The bed upstairs was comfortable and we enjoyed the loft feel. Host was quick to reply to messages
− We stayed for three weeks and were glad we didn’t have adults sleeping on the entry level. May be okay for a night or two though.

6.0great location in the center of historic downtown Grass Valley, great base camp for exploration of the area, had everything we needed for a long weekend
− The apartment had not been cleaned for quite some time, dirt everywhere, shower curtain moldy; polyester bedding was not pleasant in the hot weather. Sheets and pillow cases had dirt spots everywhere. All things that could be easily improved to make for an "excellent" rating.
We loved Grass Valley and would love to return to stay at this loft again.
