Dirty hotel.
3.0Staff was very accommodating for me to check out on the same day with a full refund and only like $20 charge.
− My room was super dirty. There were MULTIPLE cigarette butts on the floor. I also make a habit of cleaning hotel rooms with my own wipes every time, and this time it was still dirty after the 4th wipe. Also the AC doesn’t seem to work at all, yet the staff insists that it does.
