The room and spa were nice, although I'd probably not go back again.
3.0The location is great and the room is reasonably sized. Spa was great.
− The booking page advises Quiet hours from 21:00, which isn't actually the case. Another unit in the same block was playing loud music which went well past 22:30. Swell Stays staff were of no assistance, advising quiet hours were "strictly enforced from 22:00" which contradicted what is listed on the booking page, they eventually told me to call the police. The room we had wasn't clean (quite a lot of black hairs in the bathroom and dog fur on the couch and floor rug, dead insects on the window). The LED lights in the lounge area were constantly flickering. It's almost like the room has had very minimal up keep? WiFi was horribly slow (less than 3Mbps with high packet loss, ended up tethering from phone).

− The LED lights in the lounge were flickering and annoying. We missed a curtain around the bath, the floor was so wet after one shower!
