10.0If you plan to visit umbria and make perugia your home base "le balse" is the perfect place. The room, the lovely owner "Valentina", the room, the cool balcony, the sneaks, the beautiful garden, the pool and the location (5 min driving to the old center), everything about this place is just perfect !

10.0Valentina was erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ze ging speciaal naar de winkel om een specifiek ontbijt te halen. Erg fijn zwembad en mooie tuin. Kamer met balkon was ook erg mooi.
