10.0Un bellissimo monolocale, con il bagno ricavato nel vecchio focolare, con le porte scorrevoli in cristallo, con la serigrafia di Rovigno. Dotazione completa o quasi... Mancava la moka 😆. Però c'era la macchina espresso!! Ambiente pulito e profumato. L'appartamento ha finestre su due lati il che lo rende più arioso anche se dotato di aria condizionata.
