Gut für Kurzaufenthalt
7.0Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon. Nutzung der Thermenlandschaft noch bis 18.00h nach dem Check-out. Von der Tiefgarage direkt in das Hotel.
− Das ganze Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Sensitive Renovierungen wurden im Zimmer vorgenommen, jedoch merkt man, dass in vielen Bereichen des gesamten Hauses und des Aussenbereiches ein gewisser Renovierungs- und Pflegesstau herrscht. Die gesamte Badelandschaft scheint sich derzeit in der Überarbeitung zu befinden, dennoch m.E sehr zöglerlich. Preis-Leistung zu dem von mir gebuchten Zeitraum völlig i. O.
Ein Ort der Entspannung
5.0Das Frühstück war gut sortiert, wurde stets ergänzt und war abwechslungsreich. Die rückenverstellbaren Betten sehr angenehm. Der etwas neuere Thermenbereich ist vor allem bei Fernsicht grandios. Die Alpen sind zum Greifen nah. Saunen und Dampfbad, weil nicht schamhaft getrennt oder nur textil betretbar, wie gewohnt benutzbar. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. Auch wenn wir leichte Kritik äußern, insgesamt ein Ort sich zu entspannen und wohl zu fühlen.
− WLAN leider ständig unterbrochen, die Verbindung wurde so ungefähr alle 10 Minuten neu aufgebaut. Das funktioniert im Thailändischen Dschungel besser. Der ältere Thermenbereich eine Baustelle, lud nicht zum Verweilen ein. Insgesamt das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. So fehlt z.B. die Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Tee auf dem Zimmer zuzubereiten, eine schon übliche Annehmlichkeit . Aber wir sind schließlich auch älter geworden.
