We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, and bright, with a lovely view and an excellent location. Everything was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The host was very kind, helpful, and responsive throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Апартамента е на много добра локация, точно на алеята с ресторанти и магазинчета. Мястото е оборудвано с всички необходими удобства,, в кугнята има всичко необходило- печка , хладилник, кафе машина, миална машина. Има дрешник с перална и сушилня в него. С удоволствие ще го препоръчам на мои близки.

Very spacious apartment with all amenities, excellent location

Excellent location, excellent apartment, large, perfect for family.

− Everything was good but it is also good to leave some tools for cleaning the apartment as mop, vacuum cleaner and basic cleaning products. And also it would be good to leave some basic cosmetic stuff like dish soap and hand soap. Also before we arrive the window was open and as there are no nets ot them the apartment was fulllll of mosquitoes which is a big problem for small kids.

The location

− Very disappointing stay. The flat was not properly cleaned when we arrived. The floors were dirty, and we actually had to mop the entire flat ourselves, which is completely unacceptable for a holiday rental. Several advertised amenities were not functioning properly. The ice machine did not work because the fridge was not connected to a water supply, and the coffee machine was in poor condition and clearly had not been descaled for a long time. We stayed for 12 days, and the lack of a proper dining table made longer-term living very inconvenient. The apartment is not well equipped for extended stays. The biggest issue was the severe pigeon problem. Pigeons regularly nested above the balcony, left droppings all over the balcony and windows, and created constant noise. We had to clean the balcony ourselves multiple times, and the birds often disturbed our sleep, especially early in the morning. In addition, the flat is located on the third floor and the staircase leading up to it did not feel safe. Families traveling with small children should be aware that the stairs could present a safety risk. Overall, the apartment was poorly maintained, cleanliness standards were far below expectations, and several basic facilities were either missing or not working. The property did not meet the standards we expected based on the listing. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation.
