10.0The house is very nice to live in, it has everything needed inside, and most importantly, it is so spacious.
− I parked my car on the side of the road. It would be much nicer if there is covered parking lot that has the direct access to the property.

We feel if there was a fire at the living end of the house, people sleeping at rear of house would not be able to escape
8.0We had a spacious house to ourselves. It was modern and a well equipped kitchen. Lounge was softer than the beds to sleep on. Although we enjoyed our stay we did have some safety concerns.
− No driveway access had to leave car on the road and wheel baggage across the grass. Bins down side of house no pathway, wet grass in winter. We question the legality of having deadlocks on exit doors for laundry and rear access door. Fire / emergency hazard!. The rear landing is too high and doesn’t meet Australian standards. Queen beds in room 2 and 3 were uncomfortable.
