10.0تعامل الموظفين راقي وسرعة استجابتهم وكذلك سرعة توفير سيارة الجولف للنقل من الشقة الى الاستقبال وكذلك الموقع جميل به حدائق وأشجار وملاعب
− 1- الشقة صغيرة جداً وبها دورة مياة واحدة للأسف. 2- لا توجد مكيفات في الغرف فقط في الصالة ولكن الجو بارد بصفة عامة. 3- دورة المياة كانت بها بعض المشاكل. 4- الافطار عادي جدا ولا يوجد به شيء مميز وآخر يوم للأسف وجدنا الفطور منتهي ولم يحضروا لنا أي شيء سوى الخبز.

Unique Stay with Great Food and Helpful Staff
8.0Staying at Arena Apartments & Villas was a wonderful and unique experience since it is located inside a sports academy. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment, which was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with good facilities. The food at the on-site restaurant was also quite good. The staff was incredibly helpful, understanding, and worked quickly to get our new room ready. Despite the initial mix-up, their great service turned it into a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
− We did face a minor issue during check-in. Upon arrival, we were told our booked 2 BHK apartment was unavailable and were offered a regular room with an extra bed. We refused this alternative, and the team promptly accommodated us in a different 2 BHK apartment.

− היו תקלות בחדר, אמרו לחכות 5 דקות והגיעו אחרי שעתיים למרות שחייגתי כמה פעמים היינו 4 מבוגרים, הכל היה לזוג ( כוסות, חלוקים). המטבח לא מאובזר
