− Que en el desayunador pusieran stores fijos que no permitían ver las vistas.

9.0La atención fue perfecta. Viajábamos el bicicleta desde Benavente (Zamora) y el recibimiento fue muy bueno. Avisamos con antelación de que llevaríamos bicicletas y nos dejaron meterlas sin problema en la habitación. Es verdad que somos bastante cuidadosos y las limpiamos antes de entrar. En cuanto llegamos había algo de fruta, agua y algunas gominolas para mientras hacías el check-in. (fueron genial para reponer fuerzas de la ruta en bicicleta). Nos pusieron la habitación cerca de la entrada en el piso de abajo, intuyo que para que fuera más fácil pasar con la bici. Un 10 la organización! Nos informaron y nos recomendaron diferentes lugares para visitar en la ciudad, también preguntamos sobre la opción de pedir pícnic para desayunar, ya que saldríamos antes de la hora del desayuno. Nos dijeron que no había problema y que pasásemos a por el a la tarde/noche. La verdad que de 10 también, súper bien empaquetado el sándwich, el agua y la fruta. Pero... lo mejor? El día siguiente se nos hizo un poco más tarde de lo previsto, preguntamos a ver si habría la opción de tomarnos un café antes de nuestra ruta allí en el hotel o si nos recomendarían algún lugar cerca y nos ofrecieron la oportunidad de ir a desayunar abajo :O ! Increíble! No solo nos dieron el pícnic, sino que se encargaron de llamar a la cocina antes de la apertura del buffet del desayuno y ofrecernos la oportunidad de también desayunar allí. Cierto es que nos dio un poco de vergüenza bajar al desayuno después de haber pedido pícnic, pero lo agradecemos infinitamente!! :)
