Appartement bien situé
9.0Appartement très bien placé, à quelques minutes du centre-ville et du centre historique. Très calme. Résidence très bien entretenue et classe. Surface bien adaptée à 2 personnes.
− Nous avons eu quelques petits problèmes avec le système de chauffage, mais heureusement, grâce à un appel en vidéo avec la propriétaire, le problème a été résolu.

− It was self check in, which I didn't mind but I had been told we would be met at the property. We had to get other residents to let us in through the two outside doors. One bath towel, no hand towels. Although 2 of use were staying there. Towels and sheets drying on a clothes horse in the living room. . Luke warm shower in the morning. Loud noise when using water in the property and from other apartments near by.
The worst apartment experience in booking

− The duvet of the bed was not clean. No hair dryer. 2 degrees Celsius, the apartment was freezing and the hitter didn’t work. The person didn’t come up to fix it and clearly said it wouldn’t come to fix. Impolite replies. Wet clothes left in the living room. I gave up and left the apartment in the first evening paying another hotel last minute for the same days. The person didn’t apologise for any of the inconveniences and didn’t refund the money. It just offered one third of the price paid as refund for something I couldn’t use. Certainly the worst apartment and experience in Booking. Consider I’m a genius 2 and travel a lot around the world. I never had such bad experience.
