10.0O alojamento foi perfeito. Desde a senhora que nos recebeu que foi super simpática e prontificou-se para auxiliar no que fosse necessário. A casa tem instalações e dimensões muito boas, desde os quartos, à piscina e à zona de churrascos. A casa estava muito bem equipada e muito bem limpa.

Great place to stay to visit Douro Valley
9.0Great house, big areas, a lot of space. Clean, practical with everything you may need for your stay. Mrs. Dulce was waiting for us to check in and was super friendly, making us feeling very welcome. As a plus, the swimming pool under the extreme hot weather was just the perfect match

3.0The location is good, near the supermarket and the city centre. The weather was great for a dive in the swimming pool. Overall, good property.
− Our third time there, always with some maintenance fault. First time, the kitchen was not very clean, full of food scraps. Second time, the grass was high, full of worms and wasps, and the pool was not very clean. Third time, the air-conditioning upstairs was not working and it was a very hot weekend. We have very small children, who were very uncomfortable during the night. Despite that, we always tried to enjoy ourselves and leave the property in good conditions. This last time, after our stay, the host and the owner behaved very badly with us and acted in bad faith. We wanted to book the property again for next year. 3 weeks after our last stay, when we tried to book again, the host said we left some "damages" on the property and the owner was asking for a deposit. First of all, the damages pointed out are related to lack of maintenance and were already present, before our stay (blinders not working properly, a deficient bathroom water tap,...). Second, there is no booking policy in the platform that requires a deposit for this property, making it a very suspicious request. We refused to pay the deposit and, unfortunately, won't be staying there again. These are not trustworthy people.
